We sold and installed one of our Minitube Stone Hearth Artisan Deck Ovens at Night Moves in Biddeford, ME.  I contacted your company to do the start up and commissioning of the oven.  
I was making a followup phone call with the customer and I had asked her how the startup went.  The customer told me that the startup technician was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable and was very helpful and polite.  Her new oven is baking beautifully and she is very happy with the product she is producing.

"I was introduced to Pine Tree Food Equipment a little over one year ago when my blower motor failed and after two other companies took thousands of dollars, six motors – multiple fans and 4 months, to make the problem worse. Within the first 15 minutes of Mr. Cole arriving to my business I learned that I had a 1985 Lincoln 1200 and complete trust that the issue would be resolved. It was and I was thrilled that the ordeal was over.

Last Thursday the conversion kit and conveyor motor failed on my Lincoln oven and I was left dead in the water. My first thought was to contact Pine Tree Food Equipment. I sent a detailed description of the events that transpired (including information from a licensed electrician regarding the problem) and was scheduled for a review on Friday. The diagnosis was confirmed once the tech was on site, parts were ordered and Kevin (my favorite tech of all time) arrived yesterday to install them. Mr. Cole was able to install all components in a timely fashion while teaching me a number of things about my oven that I did not know that will help promote a longer life. Much like last year – I appreciate the way he added value above and beyond simply having his head down and installing a part.

I also want to thank Dan Poulin for his prompt communication both over the phone in responding to questions as well as email when he was not even on site in the early morning hours. I know that dealing with customers (even those with the best intentions) can be a challenge, but I never felt rushed or hurried. I felt like my issue was important to each member of Pine Tree Food Equipment that I interacted with.

Overall your team supported our business in the best possible way and I just wanted to say thank you and I view my relationship with Pine Tree as a partnership that I hope to continue for years to come."
