I would like to express how much I enjoy having Pine Tree come out and service our equipment. Their knowledge of my new equipment from most older stores is a plus for Wiscasset. Eljin who usually comes out is very perceptive and helping me with little things for me to learn and that way if a problem arrives I know what to do and ask for when calling them out. It also helps incase I know a part is going to have to ordered so I won't need them to come out twice. Just come out when the part gets here to save them time and can get to their next job, I know how busy the techs are.

We sold and installed one of our Minitube Stone Hearth Artisan Deck Ovens at Night Moves in Biddeford, ME. I contacted your company to do the start up and commissioning of the oven.
