I just called Pine Tree Food Equipment for service on some kitchen equipment we have and Jan answered with a friendly voice. Quick into the call it was clear she was knowledgeable, friendly and cared about helping us. She thoroughly explained how their process worked and made sure she had answered all my questions before we hung up.
